We are always more than happy to hear from our carers with any queries, worries or requests they may have. You can get in touch via phone or email; or if you prefer you can reach out on Facebook and Twitter. Our team will get back to you as fast as we can.

We are located at 36 Orchard St, Neath, SA11 1HA. When you arrive, ask for Neath Port Talbot Carers and you'll be connected to the right office.

  • Opening Hours – the office is open 9:00am - 4:30pm.
     

  • Telephone – phone 01639 642277 between the hours of 9am and 4:30pm Monday to Friday to speak to one of our lovely support workers.
